About
My motivation
I’ve always been interested in what lies beneath the surface. Not small talk, but what truly moves people.
In my own life, I’ve learned that intellectual understanding alone is often insufficient. Real change begins where emotional experience and body awareness are incorporated.
Through my own self-exploration and therapeutic processes, I’ve experienced that healing is possible by reconnecting with ourselves – including parts of ourselves or our identity that haven’t had space to be seen for a long time.
Today, I guide people on this path.
My approach
I work based on:
- a genuine, trusting relationship
- clarity and analytical understanding
- inclusion of the body and emotional processes
- respect for your individual history and identity
My perspective is shaped by my own experiences with diverse cultures and realities. This gives me an understanding of topics such as identity exploration, queerness, coming-out processes, belonging, and personal reorientation.
Meine Haltung
Ich arbeite auf der Grundlage von:
echter, vertrauensvoller Beziehung
How I work
My work combines:
- Conversation and reflection
- Emotional process work
- Body awareness
- Structured goal orientation
Together, we create a space where you can explore yourself safely and honestly.
This often brings clarity about exactly where you’re stuck – and opens up new possibilities.
The therapeutic process is always tailored to you and your individual pace.
There is also space for topics such as identity, relationship experiences, coming-out processes, shame, self-image, and experiences of exclusion or not belonging.
I offer therapy sessions online and in person at my practice near Lindenauer Markt. Please note that the practice is accessible via three stairs and is therefore not wheelchair accessible.
