Many sensitive people carry so much inside, without having a space where they are truly allowed to be.
I offer you that space.
My therapeutic support
I am a state-approved non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy (Heilpraktiker) and I support you in:
- better understanding and regulating your emotions
- gaining clarity about your inner patterns
- stabilizing your self-esteem
- breaking free from stressful relationship dynamics
- reconnecting with yourself and your body
There is also space for topics such as identity exploration, coming out, internalized shame, and processing experiences of discrimination.
I offer therapy in German, English, and Polish.
Everyone is welcome – especially people from the queer community and those with a migration background.
